When will my order be shipped?
We aim to try and despatch orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment and typically less providing products ordered are in stock. However, during busy times this period can unfortunately lengthen. You can contact us via the online form for the status of your order in the event of it going past 12 days.

How will you ship my order?
We wrap each of your highly detailed models individually and with the utmost care before boxing and shipping. UK orders are typically shipped by Royal Mail although we also use couriers for larger domestic orders. International orders are typically shipped by courier however we may, on occasion, ship by Royal Mail. Import taxes that are applied to order are, unfortunately, out of our control.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can find out how long it will take for your order to arrive by referring to the table below. These shipping times are from the date that your order is despatched. Please note that unavoidable delays sometimes happen that are outside the control of Studio Sparta. As a rule, please allow 28 days for your order to arrive before contacting Studio Sparta.

What is the cost of shipping?
